im looking for a mini spy camera ,do u know where i can buy one in UK? the recording has to be for atleast few days not just hours.also to record audio and for video.
i looked in ebay and they dont have .

there are a few companies maybe you can contact them and they can let you know if they can supply you with what you want.

on things this small it is going to be hard to record that amount of video
and sound. even if you highly compressed the video.

I guess it was very specifically placed. We have no idea by whom. But the battery is still very new and before we call the police, I want to try and track where the receiver is located. I know it cant be more than a few hundred feet. Every time I google I get ads to buy spy cameras. Can someone help?

It is not possible to track where the receiver is. The radio signal from the camera travels all directions. Anyone with a receiver on the correct frequency could tune in to the show. Maybe your friend was the floor show for a neighborhood yard party. :(.

My guess is this was placed by a friend or family member who frequents the house often.

It is next to impossible to find the guilty person. They already know your friend found the camera, because the view changed, so they will hide the receiver.

good morning, I NEED HELP!!! i'm thankful for YAHOO ANSWERS, as google can't provide me an answer, all the time. i have all the equipment, a mini spy camera, connected to a digital video camera, but me being a newbie, i need PICTURES/PHOTOs of how those amateurs, at the sitting table, can HIDE THEIR MINI CAMERAs, like, into their TIE, or sleeves?

I love working out problems like this, but without knowing how big the spy cam is, there's little we can suggest. I have never seen a typical spy cam so small as to fit into a tie clip. Maybe you can wear a baseball hat that has some large logo on the cap where you can cut a small hole and duct tape the cam inside the hat. But you will not look natural knowing you're constantly needing to "aim" your hat at your target.

But whatever you rig to house/hide the spy cam, you still have to resolve where you're going to hide the camcorder that's recording the footage.

I guess you can bring a back pack, but unless you're wireless and battery operated I don't see how you can hide ALL of the components. Good luck!

Where can i buy a mini wireless spycamera that can fit be hidden almost anywere and i can view from my laptop adn record it's signal.

is there a knack to working these as i have bought two from different places and cant get them to work, (i got them of ebay)

i have connected the all the bits and tried with power plug and batteries but no picture.

As long as the receiver is connected to the tv and powered on (should be a red light), and the camera is attached to a battery and in fairly good light all should be ok.
Just remember to go to the right tv input and you need to turn the dial on the receiver to tune to the right frequency to pick up the picture.
