I read about a women who had one in your house that was motion activated and sent her an alert when someone broke in her house and she got on a friends computer to see him in the act and call police.

Thats not very logical. Most home alarm systems notify the police automatically when there's a break-in, not the home owner.

I am asking it because I know that somebody has done it with me and is taking very undue advantage of it. I am not able to detect the hidden spy camera and others are cheating me with it. Please help me what can I do? I am sure about this fact. I want to stop this evil deed. Now it's about 6 months since they have done it. I think it's a cheating and an unfair means. Have a crazy ex and a friend gave me a little spy camera that records video and audio to turn on in the event he ever stops by. I don't think the audio portion is legal in MD, but in the event something terrible happens and it were actually recorded, could I (or my family) use the recordings against him in court....perhaps removing the audio portion just so that it would be acceptable?

lol. Wireless? Wired? Most spy cams are wireless. Portable? Battery operated? There's alot of details, dude. You can get a wireless 2.4Ghz cam on Radioshack.com for about $130. You'll need a portable monitor if you wanna watch it live, or you'll need a recording device....and since DVD recorders or VCRS are huge, the only thing I can think of would be a portable media device which can record from a line-in. Like the MVP or whatever. Good luck dude! And don't be usin that shit for panty-shots!
