I am considering putting a spy camera in my office to video tape (it's a spy camera/nanny camera and has audio too) sexual harassment by the owner of the company towards me. As I am the manager, I have no one to speak to about the harassment. I have directly asked him to stop several times, but to no avail. I know that in California audio is usually not admissible. Has anyone ever heard of a case of sexual harassment where they were able to use the video/audio in court?

I recently have heard i have been being recorded from a site called stickam. com it is dangerous. and he threatend if i did do what he said he would post me changing online for everyone to see,because suppostly he can turn my cam on even when im not online

no. sounds like a scam,

report this person to the police. he's clearly gone against the law and threatened you (thats assault).

i would like about 4 and have the ability to have the information sent to my computer to be recorded. Also i do not want to be paying over $200 or $250 anything would be nice. I want them small enough to fit in a smoke detector or in a vent, thankyou

Spy cams usually have composite video output. You would hook that up to the composite video input of your vcr. Hook up the composite video output of the vcr to your tv. You then should be able to see the spy cam on your tv screen.
