is there a collar kind of thing that beeps or something like that, that is inexpensive.

if you're looking for something that beeps it makes me think your pet is close enough for you to hear the beep.

Yes those are available at the pet store or online.

You can also put a small bell on the collar.

this may be a weird question but is there a tracking device for dogs?
I'll explain, something like the tracking devices they put on wild animals to track them down for medical research etc?
The device i would like to know exists is not like a collar or tab round the leg but small enough like a microchip that can be tracked in a similar way with a satellite device/GPS?

The way i see it is that if you get your dog or cat microchipped and they get stolen, the animal can live with the thief without being found unless someone scans the dog?, nah, this doesn't work for me, also with tattooing, probably better because the tattoo can be read instead of going to local authorities accusing people and telling them to scan this dog and that.
any thoughts? please share

my mother claims to have installed some tracking device on my cpu. now, im not some porno animal, i just dont want her to find out my myspace and my stock exchange account stuff. shell killllll me if she knows i have stock, so i cant even go see it for the reasons stated.

If you are a young person still living at home, your parents are responsible for what goes in the computer and your brain. I know all my kids emails,webs,everything, the net is a very dangerous place we must take care of our kids. Even though I have all their info I do not go into their accounts as a rule. I have adminstrator and check out the activity there. It is my computer that I share with my kids so I want it the way, I want it. Cool about the stocks how did you buy any? And your mom maybe just needs to be reassured that you are going to be safe online.
