Hi folks. I'm doing a big job on the pc for my ex, and for obvious reasons would like complete transparancy. Does anyone know of a programme that will run in the background and record my activity on the pc. So I can hand this over as evidence? Thanks.

not unless you have access to the monitoring machines themselves.

you should just assume they are and act accordingly.

I'd consider getting a new "partner" I don't want anyone and I mean ANYONE opening and reading my mail, it's personal. Sounds like you already have some trust issues here. Be afraid, be very afraid.

How can I see the live video through the camera on my laptop inside?

Assuming that the PC and the laptop are networked, you will need to set up a server application on the PC (should be detailed in the video camera installation instructions) and log in to that from the laptop.
