where can i get voice changer software in india to be installed on mobille

You can able to mix some sounds to make others belive that you are busy, in rain, in traffic, etc. That software is called call cheatar. I didn't here such voice changing softwares. I think it's not available.

Can anyone recommend a good voice changer for a mobile phone? I looked on google but the stores seem a bit dodgy and/or toyish. I would like the voice to be changed to make a variety of voices, including a young female of around 23, any recommendations?

Has anyone heard those mechanical voices on TV when they call for ransom. I would love a program that can change a voice like that, if not like that anything that enhances the voice would satisfy me. If there is even a program that could be used for MOBILE PHONES that would be superb?
