I wanna use some pranks at my friends on phone and I need some sort of Voice Changer for the purpose where voice of a man's could be changed to a woman's and vice versa. Please guide me with a few on line sites, where I could order these devices.
I asked for hardware and not a software. Also the particular software suggested works only in USA. I feel that American guys think that world is only limited to USA. Please dont mind but thats what the answer indicates.

I need to make some phone calls, but it is pertinent that the caller does not recognize me from prior calls. Can I cover the mouthpiece with something to alter my voice? Can I learn to speak differently? How? What about electronic voice changers? It would have to be very affordable, though. Thanks for your help.
